Dan Chisu is the organizer of DaKINO International Film Festival. The oldest film festival in Romania, held every year in Bucharest since 1991. He made a series of documentaries for television: Around the World in 80 Days (2004), Reality of a Myth - Peruvian Shamans (2007), The Earth's Taste in 80 Spices (2008). He also produced and starred in a TV Show called "I Eat, Therefore I Am" witch was broadcast four years on a national television. He also published a two books: "Alone Under the Shower" (2004) and "The Studio in the Forest of Cranes" In 2008 directed his first feature film, "WebSiteStory". An independent production, released in 2010. His second film, "Ursul (The Bear)" will be released in the spring of 2011. "Si Caii Sunt Verzi pe Pereti (Horses Are Green On The Wall)" (working title), his third film is in post-production and he has another film project in pre-production.
At the Bucharest Circus, the new young manager is trying to solve the major financial issues of the company by selling its only bear (old and about to die soon) to German hunters. But the artists do not want to sacrifice their favorite animal so the manager decides to steal the bear and run to the mountains to meet the Germans. A crazy road movie starts following the bear.
